Terms of Use
Frontline Medical Training Services, LLC
Effective Date: 3/20/2026
Welcome to the online course site operated by Frontline Medical Training Services, LLC (“Frontline,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online courses, digital learning materials, downloads, videos, quizzes, certificates, forms, and any related services offered through our online learning platform (collectively, the “Site” and “Services”).
By accessing the Site, creating an account, enrolling in a course, purchasing a product, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.
1. Who We Are
Frontline Medical Training Services, LLC provides educational and training services, including but not limited to IV therapy, infusion therapy, vascular access–related education, phlebotomy, hypodermoclysis, CPR/first aid, bloodborne pathogens training, opioid emergency response training, and other healthcare-related continuing education or skills-development programs.
Our training may be offered in online, hybrid, live, in-person, onsite, or blended formats, depending on the course or service selected.
2. Eligibility to Use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or purchase a course unless a course is specifically offered to minors with parent or legal guardian consent.
By using the Site, you represent that:
- the information you provide is accurate and complete;
- you have legal authority to enter into these Terms;
- if you are enrolling on behalf of an employer, school, facility, or organization, you have authority to do so; and
- you will use the Site only for lawful purposes.
3. Educational Purpose Only
Frontline’s courses and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Our content is designed to support professional learning, skill development, and healthcare education. It is not a substitute for:
- patient-specific clinical judgment;
- individualized medical advice;
- legal advice;
- employer policies and procedures;
- prescriber orders;
- manufacturer instructions for use;
- state board requirements;
- facility competency validation; or
- supervision requirements applicable to your role or license.
Use of our courses does not create a nurse-patient relationship, provider-patient relationship, employment relationship, or consulting relationship unless separately agreed in writing.
4. Professional Responsibility and Scope of Practice
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any knowledge or skills discussed in a Frontline course are used only:
- within your individual license, certification, training, and competence;
- within applicable state and federal laws and regulations;
- within your employer’s or facility’s policies and procedures; and
- when authorized by the appropriate prescriber, supervisor, or organization, where required.
Healthcare laws, regulations, standards, and employer rules may vary by state, setting, facility, role, and over time. Completion of a course does not mean you are authorized to perform every skill discussed in that course in every setting.
5. No Guarantee of Licensure, Employment, Privileges, or Scope Expansion
Unless expressly stated in writing for a specific course, Frontline does not guarantee that completion of any course will:
- grant or renew a license or certification;
- expand your legal scope of practice;
- satisfy every employer, facility, state board, accreditor, or payer requirement;
- result in employment, promotion, credentialing, privileges, or contract work; or
- qualify you to independently perform a skill without any additional training, supervision, validation, or employer approval.
Any certificate, letter of completion, attendance record, or training document issued by Frontline reflects only the completion status or participation requirements established by Frontline for that offering.
6. Course Content, Access, and Availability
When you enroll in a course, Frontline grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the purchased course content for your personal or authorized internal business use, subject to these Terms.
Course access may vary by product and may include:
- limited-time access;
- ongoing access for the life of the course while it remains active on the platform;
- scheduled release of lessons;
- prerequisites;
- completion requirements;
- bundled content; or
- online-only or hybrid requirements.
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, replace, or discontinue any course, lesson, instructor, feature, download, or portion of the Site at any time. We may update content to reflect changes in standards, laws, regulations, best practices, clinical guidance, business needs, or course design.
7. In-Person, Live, and Hybrid Training Components
Some Frontline offerings include live virtual sessions, in-person skills sessions, onsite training, competency demonstrations, or hybrid components in addition to online modules.
For those offerings:
- attendance requirements may apply;
- successful completion may depend on completing all required online and live portions;
- scheduling, rescheduling, travel, onsite coordination, minimum attendance, and facility-specific arrangements may be governed by separate course pages, quotes, invoices, registration details, or written agreements; and
- failure to complete required components may result in no certificate or delayed completion documentation.
8. Account Security
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree to:
- provide accurate registration information;
- keep your password secure;
- notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected breach; and
- log out from shared devices.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account is being used improperly, shared in violation of these Terms, or used in a way that threatens the Site, other users, or our business.
9. Payment, Pricing, and Refunds
Prices, payment terms, installment options, taxes, and any applicable refund or cancellation policy will be stated on the course sales page, registration page, quote, invoice, checkout page, or related written materials at the time of purchase, and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By purchasing a course or service, you agree to pay all charges associated with your purchase.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- all payments must be made in full as required at checkout or invoicing;
- access may be withheld until payment is received;
- taxes, where applicable, may be added;
- promotional pricing may be time-limited; and
- failure to make required payments may result in suspended access or cancellation of enrollment.
Refunds, transfers, rescheduling, substitutions, or credits, if offered, are governed by the specific terms presented for that product or service at the time of sale.
10. Certificates, Completion Records, and Continuing Education
Where offered, Frontline may issue a certificate of completion, attendance documentation, or other completion-related record once the applicable course requirements have been met.
Completion requirements may include, depending on the course:
- full lesson completion;
- quiz completion or passing scores;
- submission of required forms;
- participation in live sessions;
- attendance verification;
- successful skills demonstration; or
- other stated requirements.
A certificate of completion does not by itself:
- create a license, credential, privilege, or specialty certification;
- guarantee regulatory approval in every jurisdiction;
- prove clinical competence in every setting; or
- replace employer orientation, supervision, or validation.
You are responsible for retaining your own records and confirming whether a course meets your employer, board, certifying body, or state-specific needs.
11. Intellectual Property and Content Protection
All Site content and course materials, including but not limited to text, videos, presentations, graphics, forms, downloads, workbooks, slides, outlines, branding, logos, images, audio, quizzes, case studies, course structure, and instructional materials, are owned by or licensed to Frontline and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

- share course access with another person;
- upload or post our materials to another platform, LMS, social media site, shared drive, or website;
- remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
- create derivative works based on our content for sale or distribution; or
- use our content to compete with Frontline.
Limited printing or downloading for your own personal educational use is permitted only where we have made that option available.

- violate any law, regulation, licensing rule, or third-party right;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or credentials;

- scrape, data mine, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access;
- harass, threaten, abuse, or disrupt instructors, staff, or other users; or
- use the Site in a way that damages Frontline’s reputation, intellectual property, or business operations.
13. User Content and Submissions
If you post comments, upload assignments, submit forms, participate in discussion areas, or otherwise submit content to the Site, you represent that:
- you own or have the right to submit that content;
- it does not violate privacy, confidentiality, copyright, or other rights; and
- it is accurate and lawful.
We may remove content that we believe is inappropriate, unlawful, infringing, misleading, offensive, or disruptive.
14. No Emergency, Patient-Specific, or Clinical Decision Service
The Site is not monitored for emergency communications and must not be used to seek urgent medical, nursing, or patient-specific treatment advice.
Do not rely on the Site as a substitute for real-time clinical supervision, emergency services, prescriber direction, facility leadership, pharmacy guidance, device manufacturer instructions, or legal/compliance counsel.
15. Third-Party Platforms and Links
Our Site and Services may be delivered or supported through third-party platforms, payment processors, webinar providers, video hosts, learning tools, email services, or linked websites. Frontline is not responsible for the availability, policies, content, or practices of third-party services.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to those parties’ own terms and privacy practices.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties

Frontline makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- uninterrupted or error-free access;

This includes, without limitation, damages related to:
- loss of business, income, contracts, or opportunities;
- employment or credentialing decisions;
- clinical outcomes;
- disciplinary or regulatory actions;
- data loss;

- reliance on educational content without appropriate professional verification.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frontline’s total liability for any claim relating to the Site or Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Frontline for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Frontline Medical Training Services, LLC and its owners, officers, educators, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

- your use or application of course content in practice, teaching, business, or patient care.
19. Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site or any Service, without refund if permitted under the applicable purchase terms, if:
- you violate these Terms;
- you engage in fraud, abuse, harassment, or unlawful conduct;
- you infringe our intellectual property rights;
- you fail to make required payments; or
- we believe continued access poses legal, security, operational, or reputational risk.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, payment obligations, and dispute-related provisions.
20. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information. By using the Site, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on the Site unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
22. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent superseded by applicable federal law.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Services shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
